Beckrich Construction completed all contract work with very good quality of work. They paid attention to details and studied and properly resolved any issues which arose. I felt like Beckrich Construction did a very good job on this contract. I would definitely hire this contractor again and would recommend them highly.
I have been in knowledge of Beckrich Construction as a result of my associations with them on the Regional Training Institute located at Ft. Carson, Colorado. They completed approximately $10m of construction adding two wings to the Regional Training Institute. This construction was complex in nature as it attached to existing construction, on a complex terrain. The building consists of public space as well as hotel suites for soldiers. Due to the nature of this construction, Beckrich was also tasked with “picking up” a formidable amount of work resultant from this type of construction that was aligned with existing structures. Beckrich, via their Corporate Quality Control Manager, was fastidious and thoughtful in construction means and methods. Their organization and attention to details enabled this project to evolve into a huge success. Budget concerns were always identified in a prompt manner that allowed the design team to make informed decisions and not delay construction. Coover Clark was the “Design Architect” for this entire campus thru 35% Design Development. Jacobs was the prime, and Architect of Record. Coover Clark did all major selections of materials as well as the complete interior packages.
I would highly recommend Beckrich for Construction of any major project. They were organized, fair, and conscientious.
We are frequently asked by our clients for the names and qualifications of general contractors for both ground up, new construction and for remodel work as well as tenant improvement jobs. We are delighted to be able to put a company such as Beckrich in front of our clients as we are very confident in their ability to deliver on time and on budget and in turn they make us look good to our clients.
Beckrich Construction successfully provided Quality Control Management support to MS&S on the Corps of Engineer Warrior in Transition Project at Fort Carson Colorado. Ms. Glendenning’ s professionalism and skillset was vital to my team’s success, the project completion, and my above average CCAST rating for that project.
In January of this year we expanded our pharmacy operations into the next office space in our building. Beckrich Construction did an excellent job of constructing our new conference room and new order entry area. Beckrich Construction personnel were very personal, friendly, and accommodating to any last-minute changes they encountered. If their performance for our company is a good indication of how they would assist in your expansion or new construction, they would be an excellent positive to your company.
It is with great pleasure that I recommend Beckrich Construction. Beckrich Construction recently completed an important project for the Broadmoor Hotel of a 45,000 square foot asphalt pad for parking, tent structures and interior modification. This will allow for the hotel to continue hosting the United States Space Foundation for many years to come. As with any project at The Broadmoor, they were met with time constraints and work interruptions in order to keep our guests happy. Their team was hard-working and their quality of work and ethics were beyond reproach. I would not hesitate to contact Beckrich Construction for any future projects at The Broadmoor Hotel.

I have been interested in exploring opportunities with Federal Clients particularly the Corps Of Engineers. This required the need to find a strong contracting partner that could be responsive and meet our stringent demands of such a technical project while training my staff on this type of contract. I was introduced to Renee Glendenning and we soon formed a strong partnership with Beckrich Construction. Our first project together turned out to be a success and we continued to grow our partnership. We viewed Beckrich as a tremendous teaming partner because they clearly understand our needs and have the business acumen to satisfy all of our demands.
