Description of Work: Providing fully quality control management for the design build MATOC by Heery International with the Little Rock division of the COE as well as the Medical Group for the USAF out of San Antonio Texas while the construction is being managed by the Peterson AFB resident office of the COE. Remodel key spaces and swing space while maintaining the Medical Groups mission of service. Buildings 725, 959 and 2015 are included in the model as well as modular trailers that are used as swing space for facilities management during construction. The occupants of the spaces to be remodeled are moved into swing spaces during construction. After each phase is complete, the swing spaces are remodeled to accommodate the new occupant’s mission.
