• Full Turnkey Site Quality Control Management Services
  Beckrich will create, implement, manage and maintain a complete quality control program designed specifically for your project.
• Training of Your Existing or New Quality Control Staff
  Beckrich promotes quality control in construction and will train existing or new QC Managers on the requirements and benefits of a successful QC program.
• Quality Control Audits of Existing Programs
  Beckrich will come to your office or job site, interview staff, review system’s and provide a complete audit on your existing program, outlining areas that are working and areas for improvement.
• MEP Coordination
  Beckrich will be your third–party MEP Coordinator throughout the construction process. Our MEP Coordination will help to eliminate the typical design flaws, coordination gaps and testing & closeout delays.
• MEP Coordination Training
  Beckrich will train Project Managers & QC Managers on the ability to identify potential problems in conjunction with experienced proven recommendations and resolutions through proper MEP coordination.
• Commissioning/MEP closeout
  Beckrich provides full building systems commissioning and MEP closeout support for projects. The closeout support includes the collection and submission of all closeout documents to include Warranty, O & M ‘s, Spare Parts, LEED data, and Owners Training. Beckrich will provide personnel that can come into your projects, assess its state, provide a solution and bring the project to successful completion.
