Description of Work: The Anschutz’s office was 1,000 square feet of existing Broadmoor Salon that was converted/remodeled into private office spaces. The remodel included; reworking/reconfiguring wall layout(s), a new HVAC system and major changes and upgrades to the plumbing and electrical. The office spaces include a fireplace that still holds historic value, a wet bar, and a single restroom.
