I have been in knowledge of Beckrich Construction as a result of my associations with them on the Regional Training Institute located at Ft. Carson, Colorado. They completed approximately $10m of construction adding two wings to the Regional Training Institute. This construction was complex in nature as it attached to existing construction, on a complex terrain. The building consists of public space as well as hotel suites for soldiers. Due to the nature of this construction, Beckrich Construction was also tasked with “picking up” a formidable amount of work resultant from this type of construction that was aligned with existing structures. Beckrich Construction, via their corporate quality control manager, was fastidious and thoughtful in construction means and methods. Their organization and attention to details enabled this project to evolve into a huge success. Budget concerns were always identified in a prompt manner that allowed the design team to make informed decisions and not delay construction. Coover Clark was the “design architect” for this entire campus thru 35 percent design development. Jacobs was the prime and architect of record. Coover Clark did all major selections of materials as well as the complete interior packages. I would highly recommend Beckrich Construction for any major project. They were organized, fair, and conscientious.
