Contract Period: June 2014 – September 2015
Contract Value: $1,705,800
Description of Work: The historical renovation of a lodge and seven cabins from the early 1900s complete with a full commercial kitchen and staff quarters. Beckrich Construction added a new 663 square-foot log fish house for fish cleaning and tying flies, along with a 1,200 square foot maintenance facility. This site has 70 acres for horseback riding, fly fishing and camping. We created a new road into the property off of County Rd 77. A new water system with a 5,200 gallon cistern, new purification equipment and water lines to the lodge were added, along with two cabins, laundry facilities, new septic systems and leach fields. The project included re-grading the entire site for a park–like setting including a new fire pit. We then added new electrical service to accommodate electric heat in each of the cabins. The project also included a Bait and Tackle Shop, added restrooms in the lodge and new bath houses for men and women.
