Description of work: Mechanical Quality Control support to include the setting up of the QC Program and forms, along with aiding staff on a weekly basis. Closeout tracking Matrixs, QC Training, and TAB/Cx support. The work will consist of a 1,085,000 square foot, multi-story new building, including basement and penthouse levels. It will house a significant number of data centers, operations centers, personnel and staff functions, conference rooms, theater, cafeteria/eatery, atrium, elevators, and ancillary support spaces. The building will have Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) areas throughout. Mechanical work includes installation of air handling units, VAV boxes, chillers, cooling towers, associated pumps, ductwork, piping, etc. StratCom’s command and control facility will house more than 3,500 military and civilian employees tasked with the sensitive and critical job of anticipating and preventing the biggest threats facing the United States and its allies. It is a five story building on an 80-acre site.
NIST Handrail Repair

Description of work: Provided all labor, materials and equipment to remove and replace stair & ramp railings at Building 22, Building 24, Building 2A and Building 10. Handrails were replaced, primed and painted per campus standards.
