US Custom House Ceiling Repair

Description of Work: U.S. Customs House ceiling repair and/or removal of old plaster ceilings that were falling down. Protect furnishings, tag out the electrical, remove the existing electrical lighting fixtures that are located in the suspended grid assemblies, dismantle and store the existing suspended ceiling assembly, remove and dispose of the plaster ceilings in the effected areas, reassemble the existing suspended ceiling assembly, reinstall the existing lighting fixtures, replace the existing ceiling tiles, touch up paint, final clean, punch each area and turn over to GSA.
Arraj Courthouse Wedge Barrier Replacement

Description of Work: The project involved replacing the current wedge barrier at the Alfred A. Arraj Courthouse. Including design of a new system, demolition and removal of the existing wedge barrier system – involving barriers, loop, hydraulic lines, concrete and other assorted sub-systems. Installation of the new barrier system included concrete foundation, a new hydraulic system and a new barrier. Test, and clean-up were also performed. This work was completed without impact to the end user and their access to this important Federal Building.
Bullet Resistant Glazing Repair at Peterson Air Force Base

Description of Work Performed: Provide all management, tools, materials, parts, equipment and labor necessary to replace and dispose of bullet resistant blazing at the east and west gates at Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB), Colorado. Remove all existing bullet resistant glazing on buildings 1336 and 2015 and replace windows, to include UL rated level five bullet resistant glazing with solar glazing, sills, frames, and stiles on Peterson AFB.

Description of Work: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to refinish wood floors at the USAFA. The floors to be refinished are in multiple facilities on the Academy to include the Clune Arena building 2169, Racquetball Courts 1,2,3 in building 2170, and the Theater in building 2302.
