Description of Work: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and other items necessary to sustain and repair HVAC units and to abate and properly dispose of ACM dust and debris in building 2302 – Arnold Hall. The existing HVAC systems in Arnold Hall have been in operation since the 1960s. This contract will upgrade the HVAC equipment and controls of five air handling units and reheat coils.

Description of Work:
IDIQ is a U.S. federal government contracting acronym meaning indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity. This is a type of contract that provides for an indefinite quantity of supplies or services during a fixed period of time. The government places delivery orders or task orders against a basic contract for individual requirements.
Task order types range from valve and hydrant projects, concrete rehabilitation, roof and door replacements to complete building renovations.
Schriever Gas Line Project

Description of work: Install a new 2” polyethylene gas line, branching off of the 6” main gas line. The new gas line serves 3 buildings on base. New isolation valves to each building were installed. In order to minimize disturbance to the base and roadways new gas line was bored under all crossings.
Schriever’s Move Project

Description of work: Moving of site police office, furniture and equipment to another facility on base. The project included new window coverings, blinds and window film for new office spaces.
NIST Sewer Line Repair
Client: National Institute of Standards and Technology
Contract: Emergency Repair Building 24 Sewer Piping
Contract Period: September 2016 – October 2016
Contract Value: $74,888
Description of Work: Emergency repair of approximately 36 feet of damaged six-inch sewer pipe by replacing with new poly pipe and cleaning the main sewer piping by jetting from the repair area back to main sewer vault. Once work was complete the area was super cleaned. Concrete was cut and removed to access pipe and then replaced once repair was complete.
