Description of Work Performed:
Project type, S-1 Warehouse with B/Office, Type III-B, sprinkled. Beckrich provided an addition of Battery Room Type H-3 occupancy requiring fire assembly, vertical and horizontal with rated pedestrian and overhead door linked to fire system. A Prism Room, office space consisting of two hour construction assembly, upgraded electrical panel & fire sprinkler system. Also the removal of 352’ x 20’ CMU wall and 6,728 square feet of grid and VCT to accommodate a new equipment receiving area.
