Description of Work: Beckrich Construction is providing a Mechanical Quality Control staff for Cobb Mechanical for the $700 million Fort Bliss Replacement Hospital Bid Build Project managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District. The 1.1 million square-foot healthcare campus will consist of a seven-story replacement hospital and five supporting buildings, including an in-patient clinic, out-patient clinic, administrative building, clinic investigation building, and central utility plant.
The 630,000 square-foot Fort Bliss Replacement Hospital project team will replace the existing William Beaumont Army Medical Center and is designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification. This is the single largest project constructed on Fort Bliss to this date.
