Description of Work: With the goal of creating a more pedestrian–friendly environment, Beckrich has taken on various structural changes throughout the Fort Carson park. Improvements aimed at enhancing pedestrian accessibility included:
- additional site lighting
- pedestrian bridges
- landscaping
- modifications to the parking lot
- expanding the running trail
Additionally, the project included the installation of a non-potable water irrigation system as well as hydration stations. The ultimate goal of the project was to create a more welcoming environment and park layout for all visitors to enjoy.
