Description of Work: General Contractor for the PLS Fabrication Facility Remodel. The new fabrication facility has 10,000 square foot of office space along with a large fabrication area housing a 200’ long 10 ton crane system. Beckrich Construction scope included Division 1 supervision, exterior demo, concrete, structural steel for new overhead door, along with divisions 6, 7, 8, 9 ,10 and 21 for the space.
