Description of Work: Provided full quality control management to construct a 10,000 square-feet maintenance facility in Fort Carson, Colorado. Project included fire protection systems, mechanical systems, power and communication systems. Special foundations were required due to expansive and corrosive soils. Supporting facilities included electric service, water, sewer, paving, walks, curbs and gutters, parking, grading, erosion control, storm drainage and site improvements. Demolition of existing site features was included in this project.
