Description of Work: Beckrich Construction is providing full site Quality Control Management, full building systems commissioning and MEP closeout support for Regional Training Institute Project for the National Guard, Mass Service & Supply and Nunn Construction. The MEP coordination includes running/documenting of all MEP meetings, tracking until closure of all open deficiency items, collection of pre-functional checklists, scheduling of testing and MEP subcontractors, collection of TAB reports and Functional Test Reports/Final Cx documentation. The closeout document support includes the collection and submission of all closeout documents to include Warranty, O &M’s, Spare Parts, LEED data, and Owners Training.
