Description of Work: SOF Operations & Storage Facility is a 5,600 Square Foot LEED Certifiable one story building. It has two unisex restrooms, a utility room with fenced in utility yard, a comm/sipernet room, tool room with wire cage, range equipment storage room, operations room, secure area, TSE room, engineering room, assault bay, and a troop equipment room. The buildings HVAC system includes one AHU located in the mechanical/utility room, three VAV’s in the building, five unit heaters throughout, one split unit located in the comm/siper room, a boiler in the mech/utility room, one water heater in the mech/utility room, and one glycol feeder in the mech/utility room. Also installed was a wet sprinkler system with fire alarm and mass notification assembly, with a full furniture package.
