Description of Work: The Play is a +7,000 square foot new addition to the existing Broadmoor West Hotel. The main function of The Play is to provide a family fun center that includes dining, a six lane Brunswick bowling center, shuffleboard, and a gaming center with high-resolution monitors and the latest gaming consoles. The space also includes a new, full service kitchen and a full service bar specializing in “Playful” menu items and beverages.
