Description of Work: The Spa is a 1,400 square foot remodel of the existing Broadmoor Salon. This renovation included incorporating space for Mr. and Mrs. Anschutz’s offices, reconfiguring the wall layout, changing the use(s), and adding high-end amenities for both The Broadmoor Salon guests and Broadmoor Salon staff. New lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and new manicure/pedicure stations were added, as well as all new flooring, ceiling and wall finishes; including a water jet glass tile wall!
